Responsibility
comply with the policies of the organization including Bridge Clinic health, safety & environment
ensure that patients’ records and correspondence are correctly filed
provide administrative support and prompt processing of patient enquiries via telephone/email within 24 hours of receipt
utilise the patient records system for recording and maintaining patient information, including registration of new patients, managing the appointment system and invoicing system and patient communication
