Responsibility
- help to define development strategy, maintain existing partnerships, and identify new partnership opportunities
- take an active role in signed artist brand planning with marketing team
- build relationships and enhance the overall organisation’s culture, diversity, and performance
- exploring potencial artists and seek for collaboration opptunities
- take responsibilty of talent selcetion and training
- build strong working relationships with artist managers and our label colleagues
- expatriate to Chinese office 1-2 months to accomdate the company culture and process
- drive cross-functional teams towards deal objectives and coordinate with other relevant departments across the business, including interacting with internal executives from relevant functions
