take an active role in signed artist brand planning with marketing team

exploring potencial artists and seek for collaboration opptunities
take responsibilty of talent selcetion and training
build strong working relationships with artist managers and our label colleagues
expatriate to Chinese office 1-2 months to accomdate the company culture and process
drive cross-functional teams towards deal objectives and coordinate with other relevant departments across the business, including interacting with internal executives from relevant functions

negotiate deals, ensuring favourable terms for both artists and the company
build relationships and enhance the overall organisation’s culture, diversity and performance
build and maintain strong relationships with artists, managers, publishers, and labels across Europe and Asia
analyse streaming data, performance metrics, and market trends to support acquisition decisions
track and monitor team member’s KPIs and overall progress
collaborate with marketing teams to develop artist launch plans, digital campaigns, and influencer strategies
Requirements
A thorough understanding of the digital music distribution supply chain
proven experience in A&R, label operations, or catalogue management
strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
you will be able to analyse data and generate concise reports to upper management
good understanding of global digital music markets, especially DSP ecosystems
excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics for signing and campaign decisions
organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects across time zones
