Responsibility
- confirming the scope of projects with both internal and external stakeholders
- designing and controlling the project schedule within our PSA, ConnectWise
- scheduling non project work & project support activities
- liaising with the sales and procurement teams, ensuring all licensing and hardware are purchased within project timelines
- coordinating and scheduling work for the IT engineers
- monitoring the progress and budget of ongoing projects through to completion
- monitoring and scheduling service tickets on the Professional Services board
Requirements
- project Coordination or Project Management experience
- exposure to PMO duties
- experience of working in a Managed Service Provider
- understanding of formal Project Management methodologies
- PRINCE2 or other formal project management certification
- project Management
- ITIL Qualification
- strong interpersonal skills; including verbal and written communication & telephony skills
