  • A nationwide commercial glazing company with a strong reputation within the Social Housing sector is looking to appoint an additional Contracts Manager to run contracts across Southampton, Portsmouth and surrounding areas
  • you will be responsible for co-ordinating your site teams to ensure the timely, safe and profitable delivery of window and door replacement projects, taking contracts from pre-site through to successful hand-over
  • you will work closely with their manufacturing department to co-ordinate the delivery of products and materials, ensuring that sites are resourced correctly including the use of sub-contract labour and liaising regularly with clients on progress
  • you need be able to control multiple sites simultaneously, have a good understanding of commercial glazing contracts and an excellent knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
  • the role comes with a good basic salary and remuneration package, entails working for a well-respected and successful company that is also expanding and has a full order book thanks to a repeat business culture
