Responsibility
- solihull Indoor Bowls Club is located off Widney Lane
- we are a busy social club hosting a variety of evening and weekend events
- there will be some lone working due to certain smaller events
- prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- we require experienced bar staff to cover evening shifts, so evening flexibility is a must. Hours required would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6.30pm to 11.30pm. Friday and Saturday 7pm to Midnight
- check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
