Requirements
- ACA, ACCA, or CA qualified, or part qualified
- well experienced within accountancy practice
- clear skillset across audit work
- previous experience leading on-site audit work
- working knowledge of preparing accounts in line with UK GAAP
- supervisory experience with a motivational and constructive approach
- having a positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure
- committed to delivering the highest quality service
Responsibility
- your audit clients will be from a variety of industry sectors
- you will work within a designated team in line with your previous sector experience
- company sizes will vary from owner managed business to groups with an average annual turnover of £7m to £100m
- there will be the opportunity to gain valuable experience on ad hoc advisory projects
- you will lead teams of up to three during onsite work at clients’ premises. This will include managing junior staff, planning and then reviewing their progress with management
- when talking to a consultant please highlight any experience which includes business restructuring, business valuations, fee earning, client management and the training of staff
