- carrying out development, testing and implementation of software and systems including enhancements
- designing, testing and implementing Business Objects reports
- recommending and designing solutions for related project work as well as broad system improvements
- acting as the technical expert for application-related activities guiding and directing the IT Development team
- ensuring adherence to relevant controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies
- lead the development team in the absence of the IT Development Manager
- mentoring and equipping the IT Development team to effectively support the business
