- cooking, ordering, menu planning, stock control, ensure the kitchen remains clean and tidy whilst operating within a budget
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations set out by EHO

- operate a regular cycle of spot checks and audits
- we are looking for a professional, flexible and motivated Kitchen Manager to join our dedicated team at St Michaels Care, the position requires sound catering knowledge and experience in a busy kitchen
- produce appetising menus that change seasonally
- provide advice guidance and support for care home events i.e. family dining, Christmas parties, fetes and special celebrations
