Responsibility
- serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining a strong relationship with key stakeholders
- collaborate with internal teams to develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- lead client meetings, presentations, and status updates
- ensure timely delivery of projects and monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets
- manage creative teams, including graphic designers, writers, and content creators
- develop and execute creative strategies that meet client goals and objectives
- manage project budgets and ensure profitability for the agency
- provide regular reporting on project progress and performance to both clients and internal stakeholders
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a creative agency setting
- strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to clients and collaborate with internal teams
- understanding of creative processes and the ability to lead and manage creative teams
- demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
- familiarity with project management software and tools
