- complete all 2nd fix carpentry work on new-build homes, including doors, skirting, architraves, stair components, and ironmongery
- deliver a high-quality finish while working efficiently to agreed price rates
- read and interpret site drawings and specifications accurately
- maintain a safe and tidy workspace
- liaise professionally with site managers and other trades
- proven experience as a 2nd Fix Carpenter, ideally within residential new-build environments
- strong attention to detail and ability to meet high-quality standards
- own tools and transport
- valid CSCS card required
- must be reliable, punctual, and able to work to targets
- carpentry: 5 years
