Responsibility
- job Title : Head Chef
- successful candidate will lead on the day-to-day operation of our kitchen including requesting, handling and inspecting deliveries, the preparation of hot and cold food, and catering for private events
- successful candidate will also be expected to maintain an exceptional standard of cleanliness and compliance with both FSA and organisational policy backed by adequate and up-to-date record keeping
- successful candidate will work with our Hospitality & Events Manager to ensure that our regular menu, seasonal or limited time offers and catering packages offer the greatest opportunity for success and that every reasonable action is taken to minimise waste

Requirements
- square Chapel Arts Centre are seeking candidates with three or more years of relevant and transferable experience within a similar role at a similar organisation
- successful candidate will hold a valid Level 2 Food Hygeine certificate and have exceptional working knowledge of allergen control as well as legionella, acrylamide and cross contamination mitigation measures
