Responsibility

  • assume overall responsibility for each project’s delivery through the formation and leading the operational/delivery project team
  • build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and staff in all functions across the ChannelServe Group
  • successfully manage multiple projects from start to finish ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the customers’ satisfaction in accordance with ChannelServe project management process
  • record and transfer Lessons Learned from projects back to the business through the appropriate means
  • this will extend to liaison with each relevant internal function and other divisions, sub-contractors and partners
  • throughout each project’s life, proficiently document the project using salient tools and monitor and report on project progress against the agreed plan with all relevant parties
  • project files and folders are kept up to date in line with industry standards and ChannelServe project management process and ChannelServe requirements and are centrally located on company servers
  • competently inform management and colleagues of progress on projects through Team Meetings, escalating issues as appropriate in a timely fashion to the Operations Manager and/or Projects Director
