Responsibility
- support the Operational Manager with medicines management including monitoring compliance, review dates for PGDs and policies etc
- monitor clinical rooms working from our clinical checklist on a regular basis
- preparing, organising and storing information in digital form on patient records
- work at times without supervision and ensure urgent situations are addressed swiftly
- ensure workload is managed and prioritised appropriately
- facilitate effective communication between practices, members of the public, secondary care and other associated healthcare agencies
- responsible for carrying out supply checks for our 3 sites, place orders for consumables and equipment and deliver Visit our units at RVH, Folkestone, Deal Hospital and Buckland Hospital to ensure our staff there have supplies
- be proactive and able to work using your initiative and on occasion be comfortable working by yourself in the office
