Requirements
- minimum two years experience within a supervisory or management role - Essential
- experience of delivering a recovery focused mental health service - Essential
- experience of participating in management meetings - Desirable
- ability to effectively supervise a team of staff and volunteers - Essential
- clean driving license and access to own vehicle - Essential
- experience of supervising staff and conducting annual appraisals - Desirable
- excellent presentation and facilitation skills - Essential
- demonstrates exemplary confidentiality principles with a sound sense of personal integrity and ethics - Essential
