Requirements
- previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry is preferred
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of restaurant operations, including catering, bartending, and food production
- familiarity with hotel or banquet operations is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- proficient in using restaurant management software or POS systems
