key target areas for this role include; legal completions, customer care, average selling price, sales selling overheads and client extras
what you will be expected to do
delivering a strong sales performance through effective management of their sales adviser team
involvement in recruiting new Sales Advisors, and the ongoing training and development of their whole team
the Sales & Marketing Team look after customers and help them through one of the most important parts of their lives; finding a new home
prepare staffing rotas for their developments, ensuring that all holidays, sickness, etc., are suitably covered
our client pride themselves of putting customers first, and sales and marketing are a key part in making that vision a reality
this role will be reporting to the Sales Director, to contribute to the overall success of the business by driving strong sales performance through effective management of the Sales Adviser team on their developments
Requirements
experience of sales delivery in a service environment, either in similar role or as high performing Sales Adviser
A motivational team-leader focused on managing, coaching and developing their team to achieve their full potential
specialist knowledge of Sales/Marketing techniques, research and analysis
good inter-personal skills and ability to deal with people from diverse background
