Requirements

prior experience in the property management industry is a plus
Responsibility
document Management: Efficiently manage and organize property documents, contracts, leases, and other paperwork, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible
tenant Communication: Point of contact for tenants, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service
appointment Scheduling: Coordinate property viewings, inspections, and meetings with prospective and current tenants, maintenance personnel, and property owners
data Entry and Reporting: Accurately input data into our property management software, maintaining up-to-date records, and generating regular reports as required
rent Collection Support: Assist in rent collection efforts, tracking payments, and liaising with tenants to ensure prompt and accurate remittances
vendor Liaison: Communicate with contractors and service providers, obtaining quotes, and ensuring compliance with our company's standards
