Working hours
- part-time
Responsibility
- setting and re-setting the cinema for use at the weekend is a core requirement
- must be physically fit as some heavy lifting is a core part of the job and a main requirement of part of this job, full training will be provided
- customer Assistant will be required to undertake a wide variety of duties in all areas of the cinema, meeting and greeting customers, suggesting the best films for them to watch and serving them tickets, drinks and snacks, and ensuring the screens are prepared for the next film in record time
Requirements
- all Candidates must be clean and tidy and well presented with an excellent level of personal hygiene
- you'll need confidence, flexibility and enjoy working in a busy environment as part of a team where no 2 days are ever the same. A genuine smile, plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel welcome is a must
- previous customer service experience would be beneficial but is not essential; perhaps you've worked as a volunteer, or gained these skills somewhere else
- must be 18 or over to apply due to licensing. minimum 16 hrs a week , although additional may be required according to needs of the business
