Responsibility
- purchase invoices and expense claims for costing purposes
- assist in identifying ongoing process improvements
- quality checking using budget variances and other analysis
- job Costing reports to be reviewed with the Director along with Engineer Performance Reports
- collating relevant reports and correspondance
- ad hoc duties as required by the Director

Requirements
- 2 Years’ experience in a similar role
- experience of Sage
- excellent analytical and problem-solving
- attention to detail and ability to work in a methodical way
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to communicate effectively with colleagues
- strong written and verbal communication skills, including providing feedback on process adherence to business areas and individuals
- excellent organisation skills; planning, prioritising and working to deadlines
