Responsibility

  • allerton Manor is seeking an Exceptional General Manager to lead and elevate our Multi Site Venue
  • the property is going through ongoing development awaiting the imminent opening of its new 18-hole championship golf course
  • term: Permanent, Full-time
  • as the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our venue
  • oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless functioning of all aspects of the business
  • hours: 45 hours per week, shifts will include weekends
  • location: The Old Stables Restaurant, Allerton Manor Golf Club, Liverpool, L18 3JT
  • you will inspire and motivate a diverse team of employees, nurturing a positive and energetic work culture

Requirements

  • proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry
  • multi-site experience would be an advantage
  • you should live local to the venue and be able to embrace/get to know the local community
  • A personal license is required as you will be the site DPS
  • exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower others
  • strong business acumen, with a track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with staff and customers alike
  • creativity and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends
