  • previous experience as a chef up to chef de partie level within the last 2 years
  • flexibility in shift patterns including weekends
  • great communication and team work skills
  • level 2 food hygiene certificate
  • level 2 Health and Safety Certificate
  • passion for food
  • ability to work under pressure
  • due to certain locations a full UK driving license is required along with own access to a vehicle

Responsibility
