- we use the latest engineering techniques to provide our customers with high-quality conveyor chain, sprockets and accessories
- they will need to be adaptable and flexible, to meet with the customers varying demands and daily tasks
- the ability to multi-task & work under pressure is imperative to the role
- B2B Sales - Liaising with business customers via email and telephone and taking messages as necessary
- assist customers with enquiries via email and telephone
- outstanding communication and organisational skills are also essential
- the managing of straight forward OEM accounts & accurate costing of jobs
- sales Order Processing and associated administration
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- relevant Sales Support experience
