manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards
develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity
hold regular project team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
coordinate with team members to make sure that “Project Scopes” are tangible and that projects/solutions are realistic, deliverable, and fit for purpose
prepare status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information
ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
