Responsibility

  • manage the help desk team and evaluate performance
  • submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards
  • develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on help desk team’s productivity
  • hold regular project team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • coordinate with team members to make sure that “Project Scopes” are tangible and that projects/solutions are realistic, deliverable, and fit for purpose
  • prepare status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information
  • ensure customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis

Requirements

  • experience as a help desk manager or similar role
  • proven technical background or experience
