Responsibility
- this could be creating, checking or chasing up quotes or booking trainers on different training jobs
- this job is varied with different tasks
- you are customer focussed and aim to ensure that all emails are dealt with promptly
- customer Service: you will ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in a timely, professional manner
- processing Bookings & Orders: using your attention to detail you will ensure that all orders have correct quantities and pricing
- brand Ambassador: you will be the first person our customers/suppliers speak to as you answer incoming calls; dealing with or directing the calls as appropriate to Internal team members
Requirements
- minimum of two years in an administration role
- passionate about great customer service
- excellent professional phone manner
- strong communication skills – verbal and written
- good problem-solving capability and confidence to react promptly to deliver the best service possible
- high level of both time management and prioritisation skills
- uses initiative and works well under pressure and to tight deadlines when needed
- the means to get to work on time
