- this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded law firm based in Bradford
- my client is currently seeking an experienced Employers Liability and Public Liability Claims Handler to join their busy team
- this is a busy and varied role where you will be responsible for managing a range of complex defendant personal injury cases specifically within Employers Liability and Public Liability
- the successful applicant will be experienced in managing files within employers’ liability and public liability, you will have the ability to handle complex liability cases and high value pre-lit work
- ensure all work is carried out in accordance with SRA/Law Society Regulations
- maintain accurate financial / reserve / risk management information on all claims
- negotiate on issues of liability and quantum
