you'll aspire to become a Machine Operator helping to reduce downtime, stops, waste, over-weights all contributory towards optimal production efficiency

you will be involved in the preparation of ingredients, monitoring and sorting of products on the production lines, building and packing boxes with finished product, recording details onto production records, washing down production lines and cleaning production areas, manual handling whilst adhering to safe working practices, participating in initiatives to improve process and performance of equipment

key skills and attributes must include vast manufacturing experience, overseeing machinery set-up, knowledge sharing, maintenance efficiency and working to KPI's measuring and grading product quality accordingly

the biscuit line – we require 9 Production Operators
initially you will work Monday to Friday on days and afternoons at £22,276.00 p.a
but as production ramps up we will introduce night working making this a 3-week rotation at £22,850.00 p.a
production: 2 years
1. The carton line - we require 4 Production Operators. The hours of work are Monday to Friday at £21,444.00 p.a

maintenance technician
Responsibility
delivery of planned/predictive maintenance across all production lines and process areas
identification and implementation of improvement ideas to achieve world-class standards relating to OEE, H&S and Quality measurements
optimisation of equipment, addressing both chronic and sporadic issues to reduce losses in efficiency and waste
adherence to H&S procedures and legislation
preferably qualified to HNC/HND level with electrical awareness ; however, candidates with a full Engineering Apprenticeship will be considered
quality awareness, decision making and problem-solving skills
previous experience working in a similar environment
facilitation of Continuous Improvement of cross functional teams using a combination of tools and techniques such as TPM, RCM, FMECA, 5’s and Kaizen events
