Responsibility

  • lead a team of Operators to deliver on time production against the agreed weekly production schedule across multiple production cells
  • make sure the team is fully informed through regular communication, including shift handovers, team updates, company communications
  • complete Return to Work interviews when production staff have been absent
  • review performance of production staff on a quarterly basis, escalate to Production Manager where there is an issue with, performance, discipline or attendance of production staff
  • raise any issues that affect or may affect the team’s ability to deliver their targets with the Production Manager
  • ensure operators follow Standard Operating Procedures and Safe Systems Of Work and input into the ongoing improvements
