Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • preparing and tracking invoices; ensuring the proper coding of expenses and applicable taxes while processing invoices
  • reviewing bank reconciliations
  • monitoring and helping manage budgets
  • producing reports for senior management
  • assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents
  • implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • support with recruitment and organising induction programmes for new employees
  • act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries

Education

  • bachelor's

Requirements

  • at least 3 years experience in finance and administrative roles required and some HR experience preferred
  • excellent attention to detail
  • understanding how to calculate profitability of accounts
  • excellent organisational skills
  • A strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • A methodical and focussed approach to working in a fluid and flexible work environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • financial accounting: 2 years
