Responsibility
- preparing and tracking invoices; ensuring the proper coding of expenses and applicable taxes while processing invoices
- reviewing bank reconciliations
- monitoring and helping manage budgets
- producing reports for senior management
- assisting the organisation's HR and finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents
- implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- support with recruitment and organising induction programmes for new employees
- act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- at least 3 years experience in finance and administrative roles required and some HR experience preferred
- excellent attention to detail
- understanding how to calculate profitability of accounts
- excellent organisational skills
- A strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- A methodical and focussed approach to working in a fluid and flexible work environment
- excellent communication skills
