Requirements

  • A minimum of seven years experience of working within supported living care setting
  • minimum of 3 years experience working in a managerial role within social care
  • QCF Level 5 in Care or an equivalent qualification
  • knowledge and ability to implement all aspects of CQC Registration for supported living service
  • very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to establish good working relationship with clients and local authorities to secure new service users placement contracts
  • excellent organisation and planning skills
  • very high attention to details

Responsibility

  • sourcing and securing new service users' placement contracts and maintain all the contracts
  • manage the team of supervisors, care support workers and admin staff to ensure delivery of high quality of care and support to service users
  • responsible for safe and compliant delivery of the service
  • responsible for assessment, review of service users needs and requirements in accordance with guidelines
  • deal with complaints, incidents and reports in accordance with the guidelines
  • ensure all emergency issues are dealt with effectively and timely
