Responsibility
responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the building, tenants building and offices
cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning glass and windows
vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners
sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
performs additional duties as needed
cleans toilets and urinals, including restocking dispensers, emptying bins, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, cleaning doors and walls, sweeping and mopping floors
