Responsibility

  • responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the building, tenants building and offices
  • cleans floors and rooms. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning glass and windows
  • vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners
  • sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
  • assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
  • performs additional duties as needed
  • cleans toilets and urinals, including restocking dispensers, emptying bins, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, cleaning doors and walls, sweeping and mopping floors
