Responsibility

  • work alongside key figures in CSEs to ensure all policies and procedures are reviewed regularly and remain updated accordingly
  • to ensure 'right to work' checks are completed, reference requests sent and returned prior to contracts being issued
  • to deliver all aspects of CSE's Human Resources function, from recruitment, staff welfare, wellbeing and associated support, staff records, training and professional development

  • championing community engagement and local and community organisations in enabling the decarbonisation of local homes and community buildings
