Responsibility

  • developing and maintaining strong working relationships with all departments across the resort
  • supporting the buildings operationally at key times including Duty Manager shifts, weekends and evenings where necessary
  • key to ensuring our offering meets our guests’ expectations, we have an excellent opportunity for a Venues Operations Manager to join the Management team at the Woodlands Event Centre and the Willows Training Centre
  • completing regular audits within both venues to ensure standards are being maintained

  • the main purpose of this role is to support the Venue Managers and Heads of Department in the daily running of the Woodlands Event Centre and Willows Event Centre
  • supporting with recruitment and team training for all teams
  • monitoring budgets, payroll and P&L regularly with focus on areas for improvement
