Responsibility

  • we are looking for a HRIS Product Manager to manage our HRIS infrastructure
  • the role is offered on a Fixed Term Contract for a period of around 12-15 months
  • key outcomes of the role
  • customise, configure and check interdependencies of HiBob to meet our specific requirements, including workflows, data fields, time off, and user interfaces
  • support global people processes that are enabled through HiBob such as workforce planning, talent assessments, compensation reviews and bonus distribution
  • the role is responsible for improving our existing and developing HR system and processes and will work close to the Head of Group Reward to strategize and deliver key HRIS projects
  • the role provides functional and technical management of a Global HRIS and related systems, leading on HR data management and administration, self-service support, auditing, data integrity, security and analytical reports for the whole Group
  • proactively identify ways to automate and improve existing system processes to increase team effectiveness
