Responsibility
- achieve agreed annual revenue and gross profit targets for the international market segments that you will be responsible for
- promote Central Pharma Biotechnica Ltd and the product range to be at the forefront of agricultural biostimulants, enhancing the status of the company within the marketplace
- liaise effectively with the Supply Chain and Finance departments, to ensure customer requirements are achieved
Requirements
- personal integrity with resilience, tenacity, and a mature attitude
- planning skills and effective time management are paramount
- have the stature, technical authority, and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships, with customers and colleagues
- with a “can do instinct”, the candidate should have a sharp commercial awareness and good negotiation skills
- working to agreed sales targets is essential
- current, clean driving licence is required
- the successful candidate is likely to be experienced in advising and selling to the agricultural sector, adding value to product sales through providing technical advice directly to the farmer/grower
- able to work from our facility in Bedford on a permanent basis and to be able to travel on an international basis to service and develop our international business
