Requirements
H&S qualification – specifically dealing with Managing Health and Safety, risk assessment and safe systems implementation e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH
recognised qualification in Facilities Management at level 3 or higher
pool Plant Operator qualification
management experience within an Estates and Facilities role
successfully managing estates, Health and Safety and environmental objectives in a complex organisation
successfully managing estates, Health and Safety and environmental
proven track record of successfully delivering and managing successful premises refurbishment and development projects
social Media management: Lead on developing integrated social media plans
content analyses: Work with the performance analyst to monitor and report upon the effectiveness of content
collaboration: Work with co-ordinators and stakeholders to create, improve and optimise marketing and sales activities, systems, processes, and assets
