Responsibility

  • we aren’t your normal run of the mill big corporate establishment who treats its staff as a number
  • central are a well-respected and long-standing SME company who deal in the sale of Quarry Aggregates, Waste Management, Recycling and Earth Moving
  • we own a fleet of 50 Tipper Lorries which are used to distribute materials to our customer base throughout the Midlands region
  • we are currently recruiting for a Head Office based part time Human Resources Administrator reporting directly to the Managing Director
  • we would like you to have been educated to a good level & prove you are a team player
  • ideally CIPD Qualified this role will suit someone who has experience within HR but is looking for a role to suit their lifestyle whilst being able to add a professional contribution within our company
  • experience of payroll, staff inductions & appraisals, administering all personnel files / holidays / sickness reports / back to work interviews, ISO 9001 procedures, creating company newsletters and working alongside the various managers offering advice and coaching where necessary
  • we like our staff to contribute their thoughts and efforts to make the company a better & more enjoyable place to work
