central are a well-respected and long-standing SME company who deal in the sale of Quarry Aggregates, Waste Management, Recycling and Earth Moving
we own a fleet of 50 Tipper Lorries which are used to distribute materials to our customer base throughout the Midlands region
we are currently recruiting for a Head Office based part time Human Resources Administrator reporting directly to the Managing Director
we would like you to have been educated to a good level & prove you are a team player
ideally CIPD Qualified this role will suit someone who has experience within HR but is looking for a role to suit their lifestyle whilst being able to add a professional contribution within our company
experience of payroll, staff inductions & appraisals, administering all personnel files / holidays / sickness reports / back to work interviews, ISO 9001 procedures, creating company newsletters and working alongside the various managers offering advice and coaching where necessary
we like our staff to contribute their thoughts and efforts to make the company a better & more enjoyable place to work
