Responsibility
- accept, allocate and process new referrals for care and support promptly
- update changes to client’s care and support plans within in line with company policies and procedures
- to produce and maintain accurate rotas, allocate shifts and monitor the allocation of carers to maximise efficiency
- work with the Management team to maintain up to date electronic records
- to monitor work standards of care staff by undertaking spot checks, appraisal, supervisions and observations
- monitor all Service Users for customer satisfaction
- to report to Registered Care Manager on any aspect of the client’s care, which in the view of the Care Supervisor warrants investigation or urgent action
Requirements
- previous experience of Field Supervisor 2 years minimum
- NVQ Diploma level 3 in Health and Social Care
- knowledge of CQC and Local Authorise Quality Assurance Inspection
- knowledge of leading a team and working within a multi-disciplinary environment to delivering excellent care to high standards
- excellent organisations and planning skills
- ability to demonstrate good communication skills both written and verbal
- caring and sensitive to the needs of others
- able to work on your own and use your own initiative
