Responsibility
- this role works closely alongside the Sales Team and Registration Team to increase the pool of candidates out working
- responsible for candidate management and attraction
- maintaining and building trusting relationships with candidates and guiding them through their application stage
- screening CV’s and applications ensuring all candidates meet the required needs for the advertised role
- coordinating with Recruitment Consultants to forecast future hiring needs
- organising and conducting Interviews with candidates during their application stage
- as a Recruitment Resourcer you are responsible for sourcing and registering new carers and nurses to work with the company, ensuring the flow of new candidates meets our current and future recruitment needs
- liaising with the Registration team on candidate’s pre-employment checks and documentation
