Earnings on positions in CEMSERVE
CEMSERVE is looking for employees for positions:
- manage high volumes of communication and data through the recruitment process
- be the main point of contact for all sub-contractors
- search for sub-contractor candidates utilising job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and various other platforms
- answer phone calls/emails promptly; be the first point of contact for visitors
- maintain Approved Supplier list and Supplier Purchase Order register
- provide a high level of customer service whilst ensuring the Company requirements are met
- help to drive continuous improvement in terms of cost efficiency, quality, and health & safety
- maintain all reporting/invoicing/training/expenses documentation accurately and timely
- preferred but not essential experience in finance
- proven experience an administration role
- experienced in building successful business relationships
- exceptional communication skills with particular focus on customer service
- able to work effectively in an environment of constant operational change
- strong organisation skills with the ability to keep calm under pressure, and to handle confidential information and record-keeping
- must be familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- must be IT literate and able to navigate MS Office
