Responsibility

  • manage high volumes of communication and data through the recruitment process
  • be the main point of contact for all sub-contractors
  • search for sub-contractor candidates utilising job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and various other platforms
  • answer phone calls/emails promptly; be the first point of contact for visitors
  • maintain Approved Supplier list and Supplier Purchase Order register
  • provide a high level of customer service whilst ensuring the Company requirements are met
  • help to drive continuous improvement in terms of cost efficiency, quality, and health & safety
  • maintain all reporting/invoicing/training/expenses documentation accurately and timely

Requirements

  • preferred but not essential experience in finance
  • proven experience an administration role
  • experienced in building successful business relationships
  • exceptional communication skills with particular focus on customer service
  • able to work effectively in an environment of constant operational change
  • strong organisation skills with the ability to keep calm under pressure, and to handle confidential information and record-keeping
  • must be familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • must be IT literate and able to navigate MS Office
