- undertaking administrative duties in the office and support the administrative aspects of the Laboratory of Cellular Pathology Services

- assisting Pathologists, Biomedical scientists, and other members of the team in ensuring efficient and effective operation of the service
- performing all administrative activities to a high standard and ensure accuracy and quality is always maintained

Requirements
- little or no administration experience
- experience of working in a busy office environment
- ability to work without direct supervision, and to prioritise daily workload
- excellent verbal, written, and telephone skills
- understanding of confidentiality and dealing with sensitive information appropriately
- flexible and be able to meet changing business requirements
- need own transport as the site is not accessible by public transport
- self-Motivated, Initiative, organised with “Can Do” attitude
