- job Title : Quality & Compliance Manager
- responsible to : Chief Operating Officer
- to manage, co-ordinate and monitor the company’s global approach to quality, ensuring retention of ISO 9001:2015 certification, where it has currently been awarded and cascading policies and procedures to other offices to ensure consistency
- ensure any changes, corrective actions and or improvements are acted upon and documented
- ensure policies and documentation connected with data protection are reviewed and updated as necessary
- to co-ordinate the review and development of the Quality Procedures throughout the company ensuring consistency
- to act as Data Protection Officer for the company as point of contact for any data issues or requests from inside or outside the company and support Cellhire in retaining the
- review the customer complaint reports to direct additional audits to vulnerable areas of the business
