Requirements

  • degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
  • ITIL v4 certification
  • high-level interpersonal, communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • proven experience as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master in IT and business change initiatives
  • project management qualification
  • strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, with hands-on Scrum Master experience
  • A “roll your sleeves up” hands-on attitude towards varying work assignments
  • scrum Master certification
