Responsibility

  • we are looking for a general handyman to work on painting and maintenance projects in central London
  • basic knowledge of plumbing, electrics, painting, carpentry and building is required
  • the working days per week could vary based on volume of projects available
  • overall, this is a job for 3-4 days per week/ every week
  • this role is also open for self-employed that pursue collaborations with more than one contractors
  • payment is £140/day gross , that is an eight-hour shift with a 20 min brake included. Registration under CIS is essential
  • sub-contractors with low/ average experience are welcome to apply but they should expect a small daily wage reduction till they are trained to the required standard
