learn our buyer personas and the needs/pain points of our target market
use social selling techniques to attract and source leads
write and adapt email scripts and outreach sequences
study each product offered by the company and be able to persuasively educate and inform prospective customers of how each works and their benefits
update and keep detailed notes in our CRM
brainstorm and execute new strategies to attract our target market
research target demographics, economic trends, customer needs and interests, and other data that can be used in creating strategies for business development
generate and qualify leads through cold calling, messaging, and emailing to identify potential business prospects and assist sales executives in acquiring new customers
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
strong written and verbal communication skills
polished presentation and interpersonal skills
experience addressing executive and senior-level stakeholders
hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
experience researching new and existing markets to create a pipeline of potential leads
ability to research and understand complex organizations to identify the right contacts
