Responsibility

  • preparing payments for employees, including workplace pension
  • helping resolve staff queries regarding payroll, pension, and other benefits and bonus payments
  • creating, sending, and following up on invoices
  • overseeing client accounts including helping collect payments where necessary
  • working with senior managers and our accountant to process and prepare financial statements where required
  • working with senior managers and our accountant to support bank reconciliation; and
  • suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs where these can be identified

Requirements

  • A basic knowledge of bookkeeping would be helpful to support our accountant with bank reconciliation
  • good organisation, time-management, and analytical skills, and
  • detail-oriented with an ability to prioritise and work under pressure
