Responsibility
- actively involved and participation in wider commercial team meetings and resulting actions
- delivering upon customer supply agreements and contracts
- covering the workload of colleagues during periods of annual leave and absence
- successful project management and delivery of CRM/ERP developments and improvements
- KPI reporting. Analysing data and implementing corrective actions
- internal stock adjustments, movements and issuing of stock
- first line support for any customer or delivery escalations
- carrying out internal audits for Customer Service. Supporting LRQA and customer audits
Requirements
- GCSE educated Level 6-9
- strong experience in Customer Service, Order management and Administration
- must have worked in customer facing role
- strong skills in data analysis, especially forecast management
- methodical and process driven
- positive ‘Can Do’ attitude and desire to success
- exceptional communication and organisational skills
- customer service: 5 years
