  • the first project is for a small residential development of 4 new build houses in the Stanford-Le-Hope area
  • the second project is based in Watford which is a new build residential upward extension on top of an existing building
  • cedarmill Developments Limited are looking for 2 experienced Site Managers for 2 separate residential developments; 1 in Essex and the other in Watford
  • as a Site Manager we expect you to have good writing and planning skills and you must have a proven track record of adhering to the schedule and the timeline of the said project
  • you will oversee various trades and collaborate with contractors. All relevant cards must be up to date including CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
