- manage all Surveying staff to ensure compliance with company procedures
- ensure all contracts achieve financial targets
- assist in production of annual Budget and monitor results against it

- produce surveying reports as required by Commercial Director
- carry out cost/value investigations
- manage financial review process
Requirements
- based in Stirling you’ll manage the Commercial Team overseeing social and affordable housing projects across the region
