Responsibility
the HR Transformation Programme Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day to day operation of a programme
managing and coordinating the programme team
managing senior stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
the role will require 3 days in the office on a weekly basis so you need to be able to travel to South Manchester
producing progress reports, managing risks and issues, and being a key escalation point to the Programme Sponsor
managing vendor selection processes where required
supporting the business case developed and articulating the value to the client
planning the approach with the client to ensure robust plans are in place
Requirements
project manager Oracle HCM, Successfactors or Workday implementations
experience delivering in a global organisation
project management certification
deep HR transformation knowledge
as a Transformation leader for CE, the role holder needs to be able to operate at executive level, across regions and countries
they must work closely with all of the global organisation to whom HR provides services in order to fully and effectively deliver the macro HR departmental transformation
