Responsibility
- the HR Transformation Programme Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day to day operation of a programme
- managing and coordinating the programme team
- managing senior stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
- the role will require 3 days in the office on a weekly basis so you need to be able to travel to South Manchester
- producing progress reports, managing risks and issues, and being a key escalation point to the Programme Sponsor
- managing vendor selection processes where required
- supporting the business case developed and articulating the value to the client
- planning the approach with the client to ensure robust plans are in place
Requirements
- project manager Oracle HCM, Successfactors or Workday implementations
- experience delivering in a global organisation
- project management certification
- deep HR transformation knowledge
- as a Transformation leader for CE, the role holder needs to be able to operate at executive level, across regions and countries
- they must work closely with all of the global organisation to whom HR provides services in order to fully and effectively deliver the macro HR departmental transformation
