Responsibility

  • liaising with clients independently to define, manage and deliver project requirements
  • liaising with the internal delivery team to secure resources for project work
  • creating and/or providing all project related documentation
  • organising and overseeing to completion internal resources to fulfil project requirements
  • communicating clearly and in a timely manner, both internally with staff and externally with clients, regarding all project concerns
  • following our processes and using our chosen tools to manage projects
  • delivering projects to time and to budget
  • provide documentation to accompany assigned tasks as requested

Requirements

  • design and monitor the strategic objectives/goals that a portfolio of projects/activities help achieve
  • regularly report on the programme-based projects and their contribution towards achieving business goals and objectives
  • independently manage and deliver programme intended benefits and outcomes
  • independently evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement if the opportunity arises
  • independently manage internal and external stakeholders related to the programme
  • independently manage, track and report on the programme budget
  • independently manage the resources assigned to the programme and its projects and identity cross-project dependencies
  • independently oversee and manage multiple projects/activities
